Stephanie Comilang and Simon Speiser merge ancestral wisdom and new technologies in this immersive virtual reality experience. Piña, an artificial intelligence assistant, receives teachings drawn from interviews with members of the artists’ real-world communities in the Philippines and Ecuador.

This installation includes an optional virtual reality (VR) experience, available at the following times:

Until December 14

Saturdays and Sundays: 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.

December 20 – January 4

Every day:  10:00 – 11:00 a.m.*

January 10 – April 3

Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

*Except December 25 (Christmas Day) and January 1 (New Year's Day)

Gallery staff will be present in the room to assist with the VR component.
