Guided Group Tours of the Gallery's Collection and Special Exhibitions
Duration: One hour
Rates for guided adult group tours of certain special exhibitions may vary. Please contact group reservations at 613-990-4888, fill out the reservation form, or email [email protected] for further information. Prices do not include tax.

The National Gallery of Canada’s collection of Canadian art is a Signature Experience of Destination Canada.
General Admission and Group Tour Rates
To be eligible for group rates, your group must have a minimum of 10 persons. Reservations are required — please contact us at 613-990-4888 or [email protected].
Please note: Groups should allow a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours for their visit. To ensure an optimum experience, groups larger than 25 persons will be divided among additional facilitators.

Important Information for Groups
The Gallery’s Contact Centre is available to help plan your group visit. Please contact us at 613-990-4888 or by email at [email protected] to organize your group visit.
We recommend you plan your group visit at least three weeks prior to the date of your visit.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged a cancellation fee:

Group Amenities
Group Bus Parking: School and Tour Buses
The Group Entrance is located at the first rotunda, on the Gallery’s U-shaped roadway facing Sussex Drive. Buses may drop off and pick up along this same roadway.
Buses must be parked offsite. For further information on available offsite parking, please visit the City of Ottawa website, or contact them directly at 613-580-2400 (toll-free: 1-866-261-9799).
Group Check-in
The Group Check-in desk is at the entrance to the Foyer.
Group Cloakroom
Groups may use the group cloakroom at no cost. It is located between the Studio and Sketches, off the Foyer. Please enquire at the Group Check-in desk. Coats, backpacks, umbrellas, large camera bags and luggage are not permitted in the galleries.
Food Services
With access at the Group Entrance, the Happy Goat Coffee Co. is a convenient break location.
